Chocolate, A Healthy Choice

People may try to give up chocolate, red wine, tea and coffee as part of New Year's resolutions.

But if these foods, such as chocolate are consumed in moderation they are an excellent source of antioxidants.

Healthy eating plans should be about balance, making informed choices and taking a sensible long-term approach.


So do not give up chocolate. Do eat it in moderation, like everyday. Make sure it is dark chocolate.
