Some chocolatiers use 30,000 to 50,000 pounds of quality raw chocolate a year. Around 15,000 to 30,000 pounds of cane sugar, and between 5,000 and 10,000 pounds of butter.Try making a budget for that amount of sweetness and goodness. They make a few hundreds to many thousands of wonderful chocolate confections.
And we all can enjoy wonderful chocolates on our tight budgets! Chocolate is affordable and healthy. And of course remember the endorphins!!
